Joe’s first experience on a motorcycle was a ride on the gas tank of his Dad’s old Harley in 1946 at the age of 5.  He has been hooked on motorcycles ever since.  Joe has ridden most every kind of bike from street to touring and off road desert.  He currently rides a Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic with 78,000 Touring miles.  He has previously been Chapter Director of a local motorcycle club & has led rides throughout the Western States, Canada & Alaska.

Joe is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Idaho & Oregon, specializing in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Farm and Ranch Sales and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.  As a licensed Realtor since 1971, he started his first office in Lake Tahoe California.  He currently owns his own company & operates as a sole proprietor of Schwilling Real Estate.

Tim retired from high technology management positions when his latest venture was acquired in 2001.  He worked for Hewlett Packard for 25 years in multiple senior management capacities in California, Colorado, Idaho and in Germany for three years while managing HP’s LaserJet business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.  He left HP and joined a small semiconductor design company in 2000 as the President/COO with the objective of being acquired.  Since the acquisition in 2001, Tim has been an entrepreneurial advisor to local start up companies assisting them with their growth objectives.  Tim has, or is currently, serving on the Board of Directors for several profit and non-profit organizations.  He is a Life member of the Harley Owners Group and served as a Board member for the local HOG chapter.  Since his retirement, Tim has logged over 150,000 miles on his Harley Davidson motorcycles, his 2001 FLTRSEI2, Screaming Eagle Road Glide, having just passed the 100k-mileage mark.  He has a passion for bringing his riding experience to others.  The feeling one gets the first time they come around a turn in Yosemite National Park and see the majestic beauty of Half Dome or face of El Capitan in the Valley below in inimitable, as is the experience in other parks such as Yellowstone, Teton, and Glacier.  Leading motorcyclists on tours where every turn offers a new experience is a life long dream that has come true with Sawtooth Motorcycle Tours, LLC.  To learn more about Tim, read his full bio.

Vic is a retired Navy Fighter Pilot and Commercial Airline Pilot. Since his fighter pilot days, Vic has managed to control his “need-for-speed” and now enjoys a more relaxed way of life; riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. The professionalism and training that made him a successful pilot has carried over to his third career in the motorcycle tour business. With Vic’s extensive aviation background, coupled with decades of riding motorcycles, he is a natural when it comes to leading a tour group or bringing up the rear as “tail gunner”.  To learn more about Vic, read his full bio.
